Meet Stephanie Beauverd (Yoga Instructor)

Stephanie BeauverdStephanie Beauverd is a certified Yoga, Meditation, & Mindfulness Teacher, as well as a qualified Counsellor. As a dedicated teacher and student of yoga, she believes anyone can experience the positive benefits of yoga regardless of age, background, or fitness. Steph’s own journey with yoga started 10 years ago when she found yoga at her local gym and it drastically improved her health and wellness. Steph completed her 200-hour teacher training in India in 2018 and has completed over 110 hours of yin yoga studies. She is passionate about helping others improve their wellness, and in particular their mental health. Steph specialises in teaching others how to use mindfulness and yoga to experience relief from stress, anxiety, and depression.

Steph loves to teach Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, myofascial release, as well as more dynamic flow classes. Stephanie takes a mental health and trauma-informed approach to yoga teaching, creating a safe, inclusive practice that is accessible for all people and bodies. Her classes focus on mindful movements, present-moment embodiment, and cultivating peace of mind and heart. Steph’s thoughtful sequencing and caring words will help you leave class feeling peaceful, grounded, refreshed, and alive. Steph’s favourite mantra when it comes to yoga is “focus on how it feels on the inside, not how it looks on the outside.”
